Speaking engagements

I value the opportunity to share practical, empirically-based information with communities, organizations, workplaces, parents, and students. As a counseling psychologist and educator, my approach to speaking engagements is grounded in both clinical experience and academic scholarship, while remaining accessible, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.

My goal in every presentation is to deepen understanding, reduce stigma around mental health, and help individuals build concrete skills for navigating life’s challenges. Whether addressing stress, emotional well-being, relationships, or personal growth, I aim to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages reflection, dialogue, and meaningful take-aways participants can apply immediately.

I offer a range of presentations and workshops on topics such as those listed below, and I am also happy to collaborate with organizations to design customized content tailored to specific audiences, settings, and goals. Presentations can be adapted in length and format, including keynote talks, interactive workshops, professional development trainings, or panel discussions.
